Job Description
Litigation Associate Attorney-Full Time
Location: San Jose CA 95113
Experience you will need:- 3 to 7 years of litigation experience preferably in business commercial trust & estate or real estate.
- Strong academic background with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results in litigation.
- Exceptional communication analytical and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility to become admitted).
What you will be doing:
- Handle litigation matters related to business commercial trust & estate and real estate.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings hearings and arbitrations.
- Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and opposing counsel.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
