Role Overview
We are looking for a visually inclined and academically grounded Subject Matter Expert to contribute to content development at ALLEN this role you will help create physics lessons that are accurate visual and easy to understandcovering everything from cellular structures to ecosystems. Ideal for physics educators with a knack for visuals and the ability to bring textbook content to life through diagrams animations and creative formats.
Responsibilities
Provide academic insights and support in script creation and content planning.
Support the content creation team by providing accurate academic input.
Collaborate with PPT designers and animators to ensure conceptual clarity.
Translate curriculum-aligned content into visually and pedagogically effective formats.
Conduct the first level of quality checks and identify factual or pedagogical errors.
Coordinate with research faculty and creative teams in breaking down complex topics and meeting project goals.
Support in creating visuals examples and exercises wherever required.
Support the creative team with diagrams illustrations or other teaching aids.
Skills & Experience
25 years of experience in EdTech or academic content development.
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics
- Basic understanding of instructional design and multimedia content.
Strong communication teamwork and feedback-handling skills.
Ability to simplify and structure concepts for visual formats like PPTs and animations.
Solid understanding of relevant AI tools and platforms with the ability to use them for improving productivity and creativity is essential.
