Responsibilities:
- Main goal: Create design and manage marketing creative campaigns and activities across multiple channels and platforms based on marketing needs.
- Performance Being updated on the results in real-time and optimize the work accordingly
- Design creative assets according to marketing needs. (banners / posts / inapps / etc...)
- Big scale campaigns Creating conceptual and holistic 360 campaigns from Strategy brief to concept creative ideas and production and execution
- Work closely with the creative teams to increase alignment in massaging and tone and style
- Ongoing collaboration the studios departments sharing knowledge (both ways) delivering the games activities and messages in marketing activity
- Guide and monitor the design and animation team
- Work with third party creators such as agencies writers producers directors designers and more
- Explore and collaborate with new sources and partners using innovative tools
- Being up to date with marketing and social media trends
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an Art Director/Creative within marketing in gaming company performance industry or advertising agency.
- Proven track record in solving business problems with creative solutions. Proven experience owning ideas from inception to launch.
- Strong creative conceptual and brand strategy background high level of Art direction and visual storytelling.
- Solid experience creating multi-channel campaigns from top of funnel through direct response creative.
- Digital mind-set driven by data deep understanding of performance marketing craft for mobile and Integrated campaign experience.
- Able to handle multiple cross-department creative requests simultaneously to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and social skills. experience in presenting ideas and getting buy-in from senior level.
- High level of written and spoken English
- Portfolio should feature web-based marketing campaigns and designs for well-known brands
