Job Summary
Job Title: Service Manager - Specialist Care
Location: Ipswich
Pay Rate: 60000 per annum
Setting: 2b brain injury rehab & complex care unit with 26 residential beds plus a 6-bed Level 2 rehab unit
Job Description:

What will your responsibilities be
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Champion continuous quality improvement across the service.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- 5 years managing registered care homes
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Experience with complex medical needs
- Valid UK driving licence
