What will your responsibilities be
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Champion continuous quality improvement across the service.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
- Take a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on service delivery.
- Drive innovation and shape the future of the care unit.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- 5 years managing registered care homes
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Experience with complex medical needs
- Valid UK driving licence
