What You Will Do:

  • Sell close and execute social and catering business to meet revenue goals.
  • Lead and develop the CS and SESM teamsthink coach mentor motivator.
  • Partner cross-functionally with F&B Banquets and Sales to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Manage forecasts budgets and market trends like a revenue rockstar.
  • Ensure every detail is coveredfrom BEOs to banquet standards to thank-you notes.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve with continuous process improvements and client engagement.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 5 years in hotel catering & event services Because excellence comes from experience.
  • Team leadership background You Will inspire and elevate a team to bring their A-game.
  • Strong tech skills ( & Microsoft Office) So you can focus on people not paperwork.
  • Forecasting and budget savvy (ProfitSage ProfitSword a plus) You Will own the numbers like a CFO-in-training.
  • Excellent communicator Clear kind and confident with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Valid drivers license & some travel flexibility Because great business sometimes means hitting the road.
