The pay for this position starts at $54000 annually with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $61560.
This position is located in Rutland MA.
$1000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological emotional and behavioral disorders including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereuxs Gate House program serves boys 14 to 21 with ASD ADHD and various cognitive disabilities. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio this program offers a high level of individualized care.
The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home including program planning supervision of residential staff budget management integration of community-based experiences for youth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required.
- Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm in Rutland.
