Manager Cross Border Forex Payment

The Opportunity
As a Manager Cross Border Forex Payment youll own end-to-end cross-border payments operations ensuring timely accurate and compliant processing across multi-currency rails. Youll bridge treasury product/engineering compliance and external banks/PSPs while managing liquidity settlement and risk controls in our global payment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Payment Operations: Process initiation beneficiary validation FX conversion routing through rails (SWIFT SEPA CHIPS/Fedwire) and settlement Liquidity Management: Monitor multi-currency cash flows optimize payout routes and manage bank/PSP relationships Compliance & Risk: Apply KYC/AML screening sanctions checks risk assessments and maintain audit trails Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs provide leadership dashboards and resolve payment inquiries/disputes
Technical Skills & Qualifications
5 years in payments treasury or operations Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field Strong knowledge of cross-border payment rails and regulatory regimes Experience with ERP/TMS systems and reconciliation processes Analytical mindset with proven project and vendor management skills Proficiency in English and advanced MS Excel
Preferred: FX/treasury certification ISO 20022 experience fintech/banking background
