Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Gains familiarity with Enterprise Applications standards practices and methodologies.
With guidance performs standard Enterprise Applications tasks including:
o Working with clients / application users to understand business use cases technology and related systems requirements
o Working with technical colleagues to diagnose user issues
o Designing and building infrastructure solutions including patches and updates to existing systems
o Maintaining and updating end user devices software and related systems and
o Installing configuring developing and managing software applications and services.
Learns and applies company and industry standard enterprise applications guidelines.
Gains understanding of client service level agreements (SLAs) and other service / response requirements.
Assists with special projects as assigned.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
