The Munich Marriott City West is setting new benchmarks and standards for meetings and events. Who we are looking for
Knock Service!...You bring our guests the longed-for order to the room and serve it professionally and attentively. You do not lose track of several orders at the same time and thus ensure completely satisfied guests.
What are your responsibilities are...
You take room service orders professionally over the phone or via our chat function
You will correctly bill the orders
You prepare the room service trays and trolleys and bring the ordered food & beverages to the guest rooms
You serve the food & beverages in the room and are polite and attentive
You will also serve upon request and collect the used trays later on
You prepare the mise en place for the next day so that nothing is missing.
You also lend a hand in other F&B departments

You have idealy already gained some experience in the hospitality or gastronomy
You are a team player who keeps eyes and ears open
Your open-minded nature and your drive for self-initiative allow you to learn from day to day
