Join Amazons recruitment team to shape the future innovators at Amazon. We are seeking a Recruiter Intern to assist the early career recruitment team in discovering and attracting the next generation of talent. You will shape the Amazon of tomorrow by driving impactful recruitment initiatives organizing engaging events and contributing to building Amazons future workforce in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Amazons recruitment process for university hiring programs
- Assist in organizing and executing university recruitment events
- Create and update recruitment-related documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives for university programs
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment team members both domestically and internationally
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree or Masters degree program expected to graduate in 2027
- Able to participate in a 2-3 month full-time internship in Japan within 2026
- Business level or above language skills in both English and Japanese
- Problem-solving mind-set proactive issue resolution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to demonstrate curiosity and proactivity which will allow you to gain greater autonomy in your assignment
- Ability to participate in group discussion on October 11th
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to influence and engage with early career talent at attraction events
- Strong team player mindset and ability to work collaboratively with peers
- Familiarity with data-analysis
