• Proven experience developing and writing significant winning funding bids with a variety of fundersLottery providers government departments and more.
• A passion for project development.
• Superb partnership-building skills and a talent for bringing people together.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet tight deadlines with the support of a friendly team.
• Outstanding written communication and negotiation skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Day to day impact:

• Spotting the latest funding opportunities briefing colleagues/partners and supporting teams to develop project ideas into quality proposals.
• Collaborating with project managers and finance experts to develop compelling funding bids.
• Supporting the creation of robust project plans and supporting bid documents.
• Reviewing grant agreements and monitoring requirements
• Handing over successful bids for implementation and tracking your impact as projects come to life.
• Fielding funder queries and navigating the journey from idea to delivery.
