As an Administrative Specialist Assurance Production professional youll be a key resource for producing polished client-ready deliverables and ensuring our assurance operations perform effectively. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented tech-savvy and eager to be a trusted support partner across the team.
Major Responsibilities
Producing professional documents in Word Excel and PowerPoint using firm templates.
Managing deliverables through our quality control process and ensuring accuracy through proofreading and formatting.
Assembling and binding client reports proposals and other critical documents.
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail initiative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication; able to interact effectively at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to manage multiple priorities support team members and work in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable professional and highly motivated.
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods (approximately 55 hours/week).
