Job Scope: Responsible for achieving sales volume and product mix targets through delivering high performance sales execution. This involves effective accounts or territory management such as new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established own geographical territory area limited industry or product line.

Customers: Surgeons and Nurses

Job Descriptions:

  • Achieving of sales quotas through direct sale of all advanced surgery products and services (Hemostat/Sealant/Adhesion Prevention)

  • Prioritize selling activities via account/territory management which includes understanding of key decision makers buying-influences and processes; prioritizing resource utilization through effective call-account planning

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product disease state and competitor to reflect the brands strength appropriately

  • Keep abreast of current trends and best practice of therapeutic area competitor activity to understand and meet maintain competitive positioning

  • Coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives e.g. exhibitions symposiums promotional campaigns etc.

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of targeted customer interactions via salesforce

  • Uncompromising commitment to adhering to Baxters Code of Conduct and promotes the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities

  • Increasing awareness and educating physicians on the proper use of our products on label surgical procedures as well as features and benefits of our products

  • Calling on prospective customers providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations

  • Monitor sales against forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential for the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing Science or any related Science field.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience surgical experience is an added advantage

  • Passionate energetic self-motivated and results oriented individual who can also motivate others and foster teamwork across all functions and levels.

  • Team player with a positive can-do work attitude.

  • Creative problem solver who not only can identify issues but also come up with solutions.

  • Operates in accordance with Baxters global business practice standards; understands and promotes compliance with Baxter policy and legal obligations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral as well as negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Language: Bilingual in English and Bahasa/Chinese is preferred so as to communicate with various health care professionals.

  • Possess a valid driving license and owning car is a plus.

  • Strong communication skill.
