YOUR ROLE
As a Principal you will be inspired to lead a joy-filled community where students staff and families can flourish within a Catholic context. Your leadership will enable the vision of the school to be realised creating an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. The role of the Principal is one of the most important roles across the MACS system as their faith and educational leadership enables the vision of the school to be realised. This role will work in collaboration with MACS staff members local Parish Priest and the broader School community to achieve the identified goals of the School.

St Pauls School Bentleigh is a warm and welcoming school where every student staff member and member of our wider community is supported to thrive and belong. St Pauls Bentleigh is one of the 3 schools in the Holy Trinity Parish and the schools motto In God we Live embodies the focus of the school to live in the image of Christ as witnessed through the gospels.
St Pauls school enjoys a reputation of providing a rich and diverse curriculum and excellent opportunities for students to develop their individual skills and love of learning. The school is well aligned to the 2030 MACS Vision with a focus on faith academic achievement well-being and Child Safety.
MACS is seeking an experienced school leader who is able to demonstrate provide examples of strong instructional leadership evidence-based learning and a commitment to building community culture and to the Catholic faith.A strong understanding of current educational practices and MACS directions is essential.
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
At St Pauls School Bentleigh religious education is at the heart of our curriculum and daily life for staff and students. We support our community to build a deep understanding of the Catholic Faith and to engage in whole school behaviour that is reflective of the gospel values reflecting inclusivity kindness and respect.
The school focuses on community engagement and fostering a sense through a variety of events coordinated by school leadership and the Parents and Friends (P&F) association. These gatherings provide meaningful opportunities for families students and staff to come together celebrate St Pauls School and the Holy Trinity Parish building strong connections and a sense of identity for all.
St Pauls School Bentleigh has an enrolment of 320 students
MACS is seeking a Principal who will build on the schools strengths engage wholeheartedly with the community and lead with vision and faith guiding the school through its next phase of growth including upcoming infrastructure projects.
