The Role
Implementation is a fast paced and ever evolving organization. As a Conversion Analyst you will be responsible for the financial and participant data conversions of complex defined contribution plans transitioning to Fidelity. You will gain experience working with internal and external parties while increasing your technical client management and data manipulation skills.
The Conversion Analyst (CA) is a member of the Defined Contribution (DC) Implementation team within the Conversion Services group. You will be responsible for the asset and data conversions of our new or existing clients. This includes working with external and internal groups to ensure that conversion strategies are correctly interpreted processed and audited. The ability of the analyst to identify and resolve challenges in a timely and accurate manner directly impacts the success of the conversion and minimizes financial and business risk to Fidelity.

Conversion Analysis is part of the broader Workplace Investing (WI) Implementation function. The Implementation team works with new WI clients to transfer their existing retirement plans on to Fidelitys platform as well as supporting existing WI clients with various changes to their plan functionality. Implementation ensures that all plan settings participant data and participant assets are updated to meet the unique expectations of every client and participant serviced. Its our goal to make a first great impression for our clients!
Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office.
