What Youll Do
- Represent clients in divorce custody support and parenting cases with empathy and skill.
- Collaborate with teammates (attorneys paralegals client specialists) who actually collaborate.
- Negotiate and litigate when needed always keeping client outcomes at the center.
- Stay organized and efficient with the help of Modern Laws advanced systems.
- Participate in our Pro Bono Day Programs.
What You Bring
- Licensed Arizona Family Law Attorney or Legal Paraprofessional (LP).
- 3 years of family law experience (preferred).
- Confident managing 25 active cases from dissolution to custody disputes.
- Strong litigation client management and communication skills.
- Collaborative detail-oriented and ready to try new approaches.
- A fearless client-centered advocate who thrives in a modern legal environment.
