Job Title: Assistant Contract Clerk

Corona Nissan is a fast-paced customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and a smooth buying experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Contract Clerk to join our team and support our sales and finance departments.
Responsibilities:
Prepare review and process sales and lease contracts for accuracy and completeness.
- Processing all warranty cancellations.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies state and federal regulations and lender requirements.
Verify customer information pricing rebates and signatures are correct.
Maintain accurate records and files of all contracts and related documentation.
Communicate with sales finance and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies.
Submit contracts to lenders in a timely manner and follow up on funding status.
Provide administrative support as needed within the finance office.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a contract clerk or in automotive finance/administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership management software (CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or similar).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
