Responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in overseeing office renovation projects ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff responsible for supporting IT and audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms.
- Oversee and manage IT and AV support for major company events ensuring all technical needs are met seamlessly.
- Analyze document and regularly review tickets and technical issues identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and ensure compliance with IT software license requirements including timely renewals and accurate records.
- Oversee IT procurement activities by liaising with vendors and the internal procurement department ensuring adherence to corporate catalogs and standards.
- Provide leadership for first-level support and operational activities mentoring team members and ensuring high service standards.
- Coordinate and delegate ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor ensuring their efficient and timely completion
Requirements:
- Diploma in I.T. or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in IT helpdesk support / desktop support
- Experience in IT procurement and license management
- Experience in AV solution
- Experience in office renovation
