Job Summary
- Interface with clients to gather requirements present design proposals and deliver project updates maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience in leading onsite installation and commissioning of PLC and SCADA systems ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Provide detailed documentation for system configurations programming and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and training.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Working experience in PLCs like Allen Bradley ( Control/Micro Logix SLC5) Modicon ( Quantum/Premium/Momentum) Honeywell (FSC 10020 ) Siemens (LOGO / S7) etc
- Traveling to clients locations. Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs.
- Developing and installing plc programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
- Determining plc automation test criteria before the final installation.
- Testing automated systems for efficiency safety and reliability.
- Proven experience as a PLC/DCS Lead Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of PLC/DCS hardware and software including programming languages such as ladder logic.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience as Project Lead engineer in Oil and Gas field
- Experience in conducting FEED site surveys and preparation of design basis
