We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing function across our internal companies. This is a key leadership role responsible for positioning our brands supporting business growth and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth and market visibility across the group.
Lead ETL & BTL marketing initiatives that align with corporate goals.
Build and manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.
Conduct thorough market analysis to inform marketing decisions and support sales objectives.
Lead reputationbuilding initiatives and brand management across multiple entities.
Oversee the creation of marketing content campaigns and performance reports.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure measurable ROI.
Collaborate with senior leadership and business development teams to ensure alignment on business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
6 to 8 years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role within HR Recruitment or BPO industries.
Strong experience in both ETL and BTL marketing.
Previous experience in agency management and vendor relations.
Excellent understanding of the GCC market and regional trends.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical communication and leadership skills.

Work Conditions

Location: Maadi Cairo Egypt
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Employment Type: Fulltime Onsite
