About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Web (UX/UI) Strategist to join our User Engagement Strategy this role you will provide day-to-day strategic support across our client portfolio translating insights into IA user flows test roadmaps and implementation guidance. You will collaborate with design development and client strategy teams to ensure websites and digital experiences deliver measurable results while staying aligned with guidelines on accessibility performance and privacy.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in UX strategy project management analytics and experimentation who wants to grow into a more senior web strategist role.
Key Responsibilities

Clarify goals KPIs scope timeline and dependencies for client requests

Use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify problems (drop-offs friction rage clicks) and opportunities

Create sitemaps user flows and wireframes in Figma
-
Draft concise UX copy and CTAs that improve usability and conversions
-
Help manage and execute A/B/n tests in VWO (hypothesis targeting sample sizing QA reporting)

Maintain tracking accuracy resolve data issues and support accessibility performance and cross-device testing

Contribute to reporting dashboards and file management for performance visibility
How Youll Work

Focus mix: 70% individual client requests 30% shared systems patterns and libraries

Qualifications
-
2-3 years in web strategy UX or analytics (agency experience preferred)

Hands-on expertise with GA4/GTM Microsoft Clarity and VWO
-
Proficiency in Figma for wireframes and components

WordPress publishing; basic HTML/CSS/JS for tracking/debugging

Strong communication prioritization and documentation skills

Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and privacy basics (GDPR/CPRA)
