Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design simulate and validate RF circuits and systems (e.g. amplifiers filters mixers and antennas)
Perform schematic capture PCB layout reviews and RF performance tuning
Work with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to production
Conduct lab testing using RF equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzers VNAs and signal generators)
Analyze and resolve RF issues in prototypes and production
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. FCC and ETSI)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
3 years of experience in RF design and development
Proficiency with RF simulation tools (e.g. ADS HFSS CST and AWR)
Solid understanding of RF theory impedance matching and transmission lines
Experience with RF test equipment and hands-on debugging
Knowledge of PCB design practices for high-frequency circuits
