Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and areas allocated
- Meet established cleaning and quality standards
- Ensure kitchen work areas equipment and utensils are in a clean and orderly condition
- Wash dishes
- Clear rubbish and waste from kitchen
- Assist in receiving and packing of kitchen stock
Minimum Requirements
- Matric and or a Basic food hygiene certificate
- A positive approach excellent organisational skills and a passion for producing high quality customer care
- Basic knowledge of service standards guest relations and etiquette
- Honest and reliable
- No criminal Record
- Relevant experience working in a similar environment
- Maintaining compliance with the highest sanitation safety and quality standards
- Willingness to undertake new duties to support colleagues within the team
