Successful applicants will be joining a truly global organisation delivering services into over 70 countries worldwide with major offices across Europe the Americas Africa and Asia; a recognised leader of the IT services business with a unique vendor-independent infrastructure-focused perspective on the market.Youll get to work with some of the most talented and passionate people in the business. Youll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to some of the highest profile projects and customers in the market from our Computacenter office in Bangalore.This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.With open access to thought leaders and major industry players youll get exposure to leading edge technologies which will enable you to advance your skills.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and deliver root cause assessments for complex technical issues
  • Define workarounds for known errors and spear head improvements
  • Partner with product management and development teams to bolster the end user experience
  • User-focused analytical and compelled to solve problem
  • Deliver automated solutions to large enterprise environment
  • Offering solutions and workarounds to incidents/problems
  • Working to SLAs and deadlines
  • Review of services and application delivery
  • Prioritizing and managing several tasks at a single time
  • Establishing a good working relationship with wider teams and customers alike
  • Keep up to date with advancements in technology
  • Providing On-Call Out of Hours Support
  • Document writing / process creation

What Youll Need

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in managing maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise environments in GPO.
  • The Candidate should have experience in the following:
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 including clustering Linux and VMWare
    • Designing developing and deploying of technologies on Windows Platforms
    • Active Directory experience: ADFS Group Policy Objects (GPO) Domains Forrest Domain Controller Roles DNS Permission Models Delegation Trust relationships LDAP/ADSI Kerberos and Schemas
    • Understands the interdependency between Active Directory DNS and DHCP.
    • PKI and Certificate Management
    • Quest Tools (Active Roles Change Auditor Recovery Manager)
    • Anti-virus technologies (McAfee)
    • Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013
    • Microsoft Skype for Business 2015 (including Enterprise Voice)
    • Scripting (PowerShell)
    • Excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone while having the ability to assess and prioritize tasks without close supervision is essential.
