That brings us to you. As a Solutions Engineer youll partner closely with our Go-To-Market and Sales teams to position build and deliver the best solutions for our clients. Were looking for someone who blends technical expertise with a people-first approachsomeone who knows their way around analytics platforms and architectures but also loves connecting with clients translating needs and finding solutions that stick.

Location Preferences: Wed love for you to join us from one of our offices in Portland OKC Tulsa or Stillwater. Remote work may be possible depending on the situation lets chat.
What Youll Do
- Translate business requirements into smart scalable solutions for organizations of all sizes
- Lead and manage complex projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders
- Build trusted technical relationships and identify opportunities to bring value
- Develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts to show whats possible with modern analytics tools
- Share your expertise in engaging ways from large client presentations to team mentorship
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver great work and grow together
What Youll Need
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience with visual analytics and database solutions like Tableau Power BI ThoughtSpot Sigma Snowflake Google BigQuery MySQL or Redshift
- Strong problem-solving skills with both technical and creative approaches
- Excellent communicationverbal written and presentationacross all levels
- The ability to connect with clients in a personable relatable and engaging way
What Wed Like You to Have
- Familiarity with data orchestration and transformation tools like Alteryx Matillion Fivetran or Python
- Experience in a technology leadership rolementoring managing projects or guiding others
- A strategic mindset for evaluating solution design scalability and long-term cost of ownership
- An understanding of the analytics and data landscape from commercial models to emerging trends
- Experience embedding or designing data applications using analytics tools and code
