Overview:
We are seeking an industrial engineer to serve as the eyes and ears of our sales team. Your mission: walk the production floor analyze line inefficiencies and prepare clear recommendations that position Tourmalines printing solutions as a natural fit. You will not be responsible for closing dealsinstead youll hand off fully qualified opportunities to our Senior Sales Executive who will finalize proposals and contracts.
By focusing on discovery and value creation youll reduce customer resistance strengthen trust and help Tourmaline expand its footprint through both direct solutions (printers/ink) and referral partnerships (conveyors packaging automation).
