Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Management Lead and manage multiple projects across their lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Monitor project progress manage risks and implement mitigation strategies Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders Facilitate regular communication and status updates with internal and external stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa Team Leadership Mentor and guide cross functional teams including developers testers and analysts Foster a collaborative and high performance team culture Conduct performance reviews and support career development initiatives Technical Oversight Provide architectural and design guidance for technical solutions Review code design documents and ensure adherence to best practices and standards Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate Functional Expertise Deep understanding of business processes in insert domain e g finance supply chain healthcare Lead functional workshops requirement gathering sessions and gap analysis Support UAT and production rollout activities with functional insights Required Skills and Qualifications 12 15 years of experience in IT with a mix of technical and functional roles Proven experience in project and team management Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Hands on experience with insert relevant technologies platforms Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
