What is this role
The Content Creator (Paid Social ) is a key member of Cirkuls Content team responsible for ideating scripting producing and editing high-performing paid social ad content on a weekly basis. This role will focus on performance-driven ads for Meta and TikTok with additional support across platforms like YouTube and Snapchat.
Youll own the process end-to-end: researching trends scripting hooks shooting and editing UGC-style and branded content and delivering multiple video ads per week that are optimized for testing. The ideal candidate understands what makes great paid ads has strong editing skills and thrives in a fast-paced high-output creative environment.
What does an average day look like
Driving Results:
- Research trends and brainstorm creative video concepts that align with Cirkuls brand and campaign goals.
- Deliver multiple video ad variations weekly optimized for performance.
- Build upon whats working by analyzing performance metrics to identify creative learnings iterate and guide future content creation.
- Edit content while ensuring platform-specific best practices for Meta & TikTok.
Taking Ownership:
- Own video concepts from concept to delivery.
- Review briefs and collaborate with your team members to align on weekly content goals and priorities.
Making Decisions:
- Make quick informed decisions to keep the production process efficient and on schedule.
- Determine the best talent locations and creative approaches that align with the brief and brand standards balancing budget considerations and creative needs.
Cultivating Relationships:
- Work with our internal content team (videographers editors & producers) to create performance driven paid social ad content.
- Collaborate with your team for feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure the content meets Cirkuls quality standards.
- Build and manage strong relationships with UGC creators and on-camera talent providing clear direction.
Instilling Trust:
- Deliver projects on time every time.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders and ensure transparency on project timelines.
- Uphold Cirkuls brand standards and performance-driven creative ethos.
Customer Focus:
- Keep the end consumer in mind at every stage by understanding how to grab attention communicate benefits and drive conversions.
- Use data and feedback to refine content creation strategy for future ads.
What background should you have
- 35 years of experience in content creation video editing or paid social production.
- Proficiency in CapCut DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere.
- Strong understanding of hook testing ad formats and platform best practices.
- A creative portfolio showcasing paid social work especially UGC-style or direct-response ads.
- Comfortable being on camera when needed delivering authentic engaging content.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work quickly juggle multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for both creative direction and team collaboration.
