- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
- Nurturing leads through the sales process.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the clients needs/goals.
- Discuss clients success and feedback with Coach team.
- Support the General Manager in achieving membership sales goals including conducting tours promoting membership packages and assisting with lead generation and conversion.
- Help implement and promote marketing initiatives and special events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the General Manager and other team members.
- Generate and review daily/weekly/monthly reports related to gym operations membership metrics and financial performance.
- Assist in preparing and presenting performance updates to senior management.
- Must be a high-energy individual.
- Must have 2 years in sales
- Must have 1 years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
- (PREFERRED) 2 years of leadership experience
- (PREFERRED) Ability to speak Spanish a plus
- Compensation $32000 to $40000 Base Salary
- Commission on KPI per Month - $250-$500
- Commission on Special Assignment - $500-$1000
- Candidate able to stand walk and occasionally lift or move equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work in a gym environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
