Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team with experience in Workday configuration specifically within the HCM Core Product areas. This role will support the implementation configuration and optimization of Workday systems in alignment with HR business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workdays functional modules cross-product functionality and experience working within iterative or agile development methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR business processes and translate these into Workday configurations for areas including HCM (Staffing and ESS) Security Reporting and User Experience Documentation about gathering business requirements from stakeholders and users creating user stories test plans and test scenarios Support Workday configuration in functional areas such as HCM Security Reporting and User Experience. Analyze and define cross-product functionality within Workday (e.g. Organizations Language Translation Job Catalog Delegation Branding and Cross-tenant configurations). Participate in solutioning discussions contributing to decisions regarding enhanced functionality and creative solutions within Workday. Stay current on new functionality features and capabilities within Workday and industry trends ensuring that solutions are innovative and up to date. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support iterative and agile software development applying SAFe (Scaled Agile) methodology to optimize Workday configurations.
Mandatory skill sets:
HCM Pro certification (Integration Pro / Functional Pro) 4 years of experience with Workday HCM configuration including Staffing ESS Security Reporting Benefits Compensation Payroll and User Experience.
Strong understanding of cross-product functionality in Workday (e.g. Organizations Language Translation Job Catalog Delegation Branding Cross-tenant configuration). Proven ability to contribute to solutioning discussions and support decisions related to system functionality and improvements. Knowledge of current Workday features capabilities and market trends. Experience working in an iterative or agile software development environment with a preference for familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile).
Preferred skill sets:
Experience with other HR technology solutions and an understanding of HR business processes.

Education qualification:
B.E. / / MCA/ M.E/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
