Were currently offering a fantastic opportunity to join our high-performing Customer Billing Operations team as aSenior Advisorfor a 12-month period. This dynamic team leads the delivery of impactful business initiatives improvement projects and innovative solutions focused on billing and revenue collection.

Your skills and experience

Were looking for someone with strong project management experience and a passion for driving business improvements that enhance customer service and deliver cost efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will be energetic creative and results-driven with:

A solid understanding of business process analysis and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in presenting data and insights to diverse audiences along with actionable recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills including data extraction manipulation and analysis.
Experience in business improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven experience in project and change management.
