Job Description:

Madison College is pleased to announce the position of a HRIS Analyst. This position provides operational and functional support for enterprise resource systems by analyzing business processes implementing system improvements and ensuring efficient operations. Success in this role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify system enhancements managing project timelines troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system functionality to support initiatives. This position contributes to institutional objectives by streamlining business processes enhancing system capabilities and improving the efficiency and accuracy of enterprise resource system operations.

In this position you will be responsible for the coordination of business process reviews and documentation new release implementations and design and implementation of reporting and analytic solutions. This position will work closely and collaboratively with functionsoutside of HR including Finance/Payroll and Technology Services to ensure appropriate functionality testing and support measures are implemented to deliver efficient and effective business solutions that meet the functional needs of our customers. Madison College currently uses Workday as their HRIS System and OnBase to store employee information.

This is a full-time exempt year-round position with standard office hours of Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. This role isonsite at our Madison Wisconsin Truax Campus (currently offering a hybrid work schedule) subject to change per college policy. Relocation assistance is not available.

Madison College provides a generous benefits package of vacation holidays health/vision/dental/life insurance options and you will be able to participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). Newly hired staff serve a one-year introductory period.
