Job Summary

In this role you will be instrumental in leveraging our product capabilities within the commercial function working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities that directly contribute to our revenue growth and commercial success.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap ensuring our digital products are not only continuously improved and developed by our four strong product teams but also strategically aligned to maximize commercial impact and deliver tangible business value. This includes making key strategic decisions to ensure we are always on the most profitable and impactful path. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a high-performing product culture empowering and developing individuals within your teams to excel and innovate within the commercial landscape

About the role
As our Head of Product you will be at the forefront of driving the strategic evolution of our comprehensive product roadmap collaborating closely with our dedicated product teams. This encompasses both immediate impactful initiatives and a visionary 3-5 year horizon. Your domain will span the entire guest journey from optimizing conversion in searching & exploring new hotels and delivering seamless booking experiences to enhancing digital check-in/out enriching in-stay experiences personalizing guest interactions and building deep lasting loyalty.
All these efforts delivered through our cutting-edge web and app platforms will be strategically focused on maximizing business value and commercial success. You will continuously refine and optimize our product management and development processes ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders.

Furthermore you will foster close partnerships with Hotel Services Operations and other internal stakeholders to strategically align priorities. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure we not only deliver an exceptional digital guest experience but also maximize its commercial impact and empower our hotels to this role you will be a constant force for innovation inspiring the organization to proactively assess new ideas and continuously elevate the customer experience always with a keen eye on commercial opportunities. As Strawberry continues its impressive growth trajectory you will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating new strategic investment areas alongside stakeholders and evolving our delivery frameworks to ensure successful execution and sustained commercial advantage. This position demands not only exceptional leadership skills but also hands-on experience and a deep fluency in current best practices.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills who can get the product team and stakeholders together working towards the same vision and manage the organizations this role you will be responsible for taking initiative and setting direction for the group. You must understand the craft behind product development and how to move the products forward. To thrive in this role you have a background as a product manager and experience in leading product teams. That you have a track record of building great products and also the capability to inspire the team on the journey we are on. You are not afraid of digging in and working hands-on with our products to support team members or explore new areas. We do believe that you understand the value of creating and leading the product culture. This means staying updated on trends and fostering a culture that supports a data- and experiment-driven process.
