Overview
The Sitecore Content Specialist is responsible for creating managing and optimizing content within the Sitecore platform to deliver engaging and effective digital experiences. This role involves collaborating with development teams to ensure that content is aligned with business goals follows brand guidelines and leverages the full capabilities of the Sitecore CMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content workflows metadata and SEO principles along with technical proficiency in Sitecore.
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree with 3 years of work experience.
- Deep expertise in Sitecore CMS including advanced modules like Content Hub Personalize and Search.
- Sitecore certification is highly desirable.
- Past experience producing content for the web specifically as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog SlideShare LinkedIn Twitter etc.)
- Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress for blog news and other posting purposes
What youll be doing:
- Lead the creation editing and publishing of content within the Sitecore CMS.
- Manage page layouts templates and components to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Implement content workflows including approvals publishing and governance.
- Strong understanding of metadata taxonomy and tagging for effective content organization.
- Define and enforce content governance policies including taxonomy metadata and tagging.
- Streamline workflows to ensure efficient content production and publishing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues in Sitecore ensuring consistent performance.
- Apply metadata taxonomy and tagging strategies to improve content discoverability.
