About the opportunity
The Coach plays a vital role in delivering HELPs Employment Services Strategy which is focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. This position centers on mentoring participants to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored individualised plans and fostering a work-ready mindset.A Coach puts the participant at the forefrontof our service delivery providing support and guidance to help them secure suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.
