The Position: Our client is looking for a qualified LCSW to join their talented team in a full-time outpatient capacity located in Temple. They are offering the following compensation and benefits package:

$71000 - $79000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

Relevant Masters Degree
Current Texas LCSW or LPC License
Passion for Working with a Diverse Local Community
2 Years Experience in Behavioral Health Preferred
Bi-Lingual (any language) is a Plus
Active BLS Certification

Schedule and Caseload:

8AM-5PM Monday-Friday (Possible Hybrid Option Hours Vary by Clinic Location)
100% Outpatient Opportunity with No Weekends Late Nights or Holidays
No Hospital Work or Rounding; Phone-Only Call
Manage Up to 10 Patient Slots Per Day with an Average of 6-8 Patients Seen Daily Due to a Typical 20% No-Show Rate
Regarding Hybrid Work: The First 90 Days Are In-Office. After That Hybrid Days Are Assigned Based on the Volume of Telehealth Patients One Can Attract and Retain
