In this role youll be the crucial link between the field and our lab teams ensuring every sample is accurately received inspected and logged to keep operations moving efficiently. What Youll Do
- Review paperwork for all incoming samples to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Inspect samples to confirm proper matrix and integrity are maintained;
- Ensure samples are stored in appropriate locations for analysis;
- Enter sample and Chain of Custody data into the LIMS system;
- Answer client and customer inquiries via phone and email;
- Perform administrative tasks including scanning mailing filing etc.;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area aligned with safety protocols;
- Other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or GED required;
- 1 year of data entry experience preferred;
- Strong communication skills and professional phone/email presence;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook);
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of multitasking;
- Collaborative team-player mindset;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
