We are looking for you located in Bonn Trier Bordeaux or 100 % remote in Germany or France as a
Program Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
is responsible for the launch and execution of multiple related projects in the region UKI
align program goals with business strategies and ensure measurable outcomes
manage cross-project interdependencies resources and schedules.
collaborate closely with project managers / release manager to ensure consistency and alignment
Identify track and mitigate risks and issues on a program level
provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
drive program governance and decision-making processes
facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams business units and external partners
You bring along:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Informatics or a related field
5 years of experience in program or large-scale project management in the IT domain.
Strong and tested project management skills including risk management.
Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
Solid understanding of IT systems software development lifecycles and infrastructure projects
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage budgets schedules and risks across multiple projects
Good English knowledge (C1 Nivea).
Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments
Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Microsoft Project Azure DevOps or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
