We are looking for you located in Bonn Trier Bordeaux or 100 % remote in Germany or France as a

Program Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • is responsible for the launch and execution of multiple related projects in the region UKI

  • align program goals with business strategies and ensure measurable outcomes

  • manage cross-project interdependencies resources and schedules.

  • collaborate closely with project managers / release manager to ensure consistency and alignment

  • Identify track and mitigate risks and issues on a program level

  • provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

  • drive program governance and decision-making processes

  • facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams business units and external partners

You bring along:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Informatics or a related field

  • 5 years of experience in program or large-scale project management in the IT domain.

  • Strong and tested project management skills including risk management.

  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams

  • Solid understanding of IT systems software development lifecycles and infrastructure projects

  • Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to manage budgets schedules and risks across multiple projects

  • Good English knowledge (C1 Nivea).

  • Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Microsoft Project Azure DevOps or similar

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
