Als Werkstudent im Bereich Business Support untersttzt du unser Group HR-Team bei der reibungslosen Gestaltung des Tagesgeschfts. Du bernimmst administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben in der operativen Fhrung in Projekten und dem im HR angesiedelten Reporting & Analytics. Mit deinem Einsatz trgst du aktiv dazu bei dass Meetings Workshops und Projekte strukturiert ablaufen.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich
-Du untersttzt das HR-Team im Tagesgeschft und bei administrativen Aufgaben

-Du organisierst und begleitest Sitzungen und Workshops fhrst und trackst offene To-Dos

-Du prfst und verarbeitest Rechnungen

-Du untersttzt bei der Erstellung von Prsentationen (PowerPoint)

Deine Strken
-Du befindest dich anfangs Bachelor- oder Masterstudium und hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im Bro-Alltag

-Du verfgst ber eine strukturierte zuverlssige und selbstndige Arbeitsweise hast Organisationstalent und ein Auge frs Detail

-Du bist Technologieaffin und sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools

-Du verfgst ber sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office(insb. Outlook PowerPoint Excel) MS Teams Confluence

-Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
