This Position reports to:
Global PG Technology Manager-Power&WaterYour role and responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and execution of Plant Optimization solutions ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
- Support the implementation and operational phase of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real-Time Optimization (RTO) solutions
- Conduct site surveys optimization benefit assessments and support sales teams with technical expertise
- Manage multiple parallel projects coordinating execution teams and ensuring alignment with customer expectations
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior engineers and new team members
- Act as a key interface between R&D Sales Operations and Execution teams to drive solution success
- Support product troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams to resolve engineering or software issues
- Travel internationally to customer sites for commissioning installation and project execution
Qualifications for the role
- Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven relevant experience in customer project execution within Oil Gas Refining Chemicals or Petrochemicals industries
- Expertise in APC RTO and energy/process optimization software solutions
- Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for customers
- Proven experience managing multi-project execution and stakeholder engagement
- Effective communication leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally for project support and execution
