- Engage New Leads: Make daily outbound calls build connections and schedule trial sessions and consultations.
- Drive Sales: Help prospects discover the right membership options for their goals and close new sign-ups.
- Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of leads calls appointments and sales activity.
- Be the Voice of D1: Deliver a professional yet enthusiastic first impression that reflects our brand and culture.
- 100 Calls a day to leads.
- Convert at least 20% of inbound leads into clients.
- Maintain a 60% schedule rate 70% show rate and 50% close rate.
- Energetic Communicator: Outgoing enthusiastic and confident on the phone.
- Sales Experience: 1 years in sales with a track record of hitting targets.
- Customer Service Skills: At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (fitness industry a plus).
- Passion for Fitness: You dont need to be a pro athlete but you should believe in what we do.
- $18/hour base pay
- $20 commission per new member acquire. 10% on most PIF and PT sales
