Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Review Engineer (Level 4) to serve as team lead for the electronics production area in Heath Ohio.
This individual will work closely with Operations Quality and Engineering leadership to identify risks trouble shoot failures train new engineers and coordinate efforts across the product life cycle. This position will serve as the lead to ensure that support activities are executed timely and successfully with coordinated efforts among the team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics and Radio Frequency (RF) systems Electronic Support Measures (ESM) or similar; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and the ability to team effectively with engineering and other business partners as part of a geographically-dispersed team.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with program managers designers and other program stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with team to solve problems in design production and repair.
Provide leadership and oversight of early career engineers and new team members.
Build partnership with operations and quality to achieve program goals.
Disposition Nonconformances and provide path forward to all stakeholders.
Trouble shooting product failures and provide direction to repair.
Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders on event and milestone-driven projects.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
9 years of experience with electronics Radio Frequency systems and production support
3 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willing and able to travel domestically as needed (minimal)
Willing to cover on call shifts including weekends and after hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Experience with product troubleshooting and failure analysis
