Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with software development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Execute automated tests and report results
- Participate in test planning and test case design activities
- Identify and report defects and ensure they are tracked to closure
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the automation testing process
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficient in automated testing tools and scripting languages such as Selenium Appium or TestNG API Automation.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing or related field
- Internship or relevant work experience in software testing is a plus
Day-to-Day Activities:

Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or related field
- Masters degree in computer science software engineering or related field is a plus
- Certification in software testing such as ISTQB is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
