API Automation

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks
• Collaborate with software development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Execute automated tests and report results
• Participate in test planning and test case design activities
• Identify and report defects and ensure they are tracked to closure
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the automation testing process

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Proficient in automated testing tools and scripting languages such as Selenium Appium or TestNG API Automation.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing or related field
• Internship or relevant work experience in software testing is a plus

Day-to-Day Activities:

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science software engineering or related field
• Masters degree in computer science software engineering or related field is a plus
• Certification in software testing such as ISTQB is a plus
