The Role
This newly established role is dedicated to spearheading the development and execution of the Audio divisions digital and social content strategy. You will expertly plan and oversee audience-focused content projects craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for the division and play a vital role in shaping the broader ABC social media landscape.
As a leader you will build inspire and mentor a high-performing collaborative team providing clear direction and fostering excellence within editorial teams. You will also cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders representing the Audio division at important meetings and forums to advance our strategic goals.

You are a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills experienced in crafting and executing audience strategies that drive meaningful engagement. Your high-level editorial expertise shines through your ability to plan and lead innovative content initiatives across diverse platforms consistently delivering impactful results.
As an outstanding leader you excel in managing and developing teams inspiring them to achieve peak performance and exceed expectations. Your communication skills are finely honed allowing you to build and nurture strategic relationships with stakeholders negotiate effectively and deliver content outcomes that align with organizational goals. You have the ability to think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and support the team.
With extensive experience managing third-party products you possess a deep understanding of online platforms and audience behaviour always staying ahead of trends. Your passion for technological advancements in media fuels your commitment to enriching audience experiences and pushing the boundaries of digital content.
