The Role:
Were looking for a skilled developer to build and maintain scalable ServiceNow Application solutions that support our business and customer needs. This is a hands-on role working across ITSM ITOM and CSM modules with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams.
To be successful as a ServiceNow Application Specialist you will:
- Define solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Design workflows service catalogs portals and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Experience with scoped app development and integrations.
- Familiarity with platform security and compliance.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ITSM ITOM CSM and Sales & Order Management.
- Hands-on with Flow Designer Service Portal and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with update sets ACLs and security configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of HTML CSS AngularJS or experience with DevOps tools (Aft CI/CD)
- Familiarity with CMDB Discovery Asset Management.
- Experience developing scoped applications.
