Job Description
Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Santa Fe NM
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM 6:30 AM Rotating weekends and holidays
Pay Rate:
- Local Rate: $1188/week
- Travel Rate: $1321/week
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Santa Fe NM.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Accurately and promptly document patient information.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to supervising staff.
- Maintain a safe clean and compliant care environment in line with facility policies.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
