Overview of the role:
We are looking for a results-centric Data Product Manager. We demonstrate data in many ways at PokerStars to boost revenues engage players or maintain compliance. You will sit within our Data & Analytics (D&A) tribe serving the wider business and players.
This role will support a significant organisation & technology transformation programme helping to ensure PokerStars stays market leading for years to come by having the most innovative & engaging Poker experience.
You will play a key role across one of four Data initiatives: Lakehouse Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Intelligence (BI) or Product Analytics. You will be an active product leader and direct engineering team efforts to realise programme goals.
What youll do:
Manage the definition and scope of a discrete set of data capabilities in alignment with programme goals make effective trade-offs to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to meet or exceed sprint goals and customer some cases dip into a typical PO role to ensure things get done
Own conversations regarding priorities & team roadmaps ensuring vision is clear and thoroughly accepted
Develop and nurture solid and productive connections with collaborators interacting regularly through meetings reports and presentations
Collaborate effectively with various roles engineering programme architecture management to ship products and achieve targets
Maintain product documentation ensuring assets are understood and used purposefully
What youll bring:
You have worked as a Product Owner or Product Manager for several years
You have experience working with and delivering Data Products at scale
You have experience with Data Lakehouse AI BI and Product Analytics fields and technologies
You approach deliveries with a laser focus on achieving results while managing multiple initiatives
You exhibit outstanding communication and presentation capabilities
You have excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with global teams
You have experience coordinating a large and intricate network of collaborators
You are a self-starter. You are proactive upbeat and motivated to contribute
You are a problem solver and can utilise a variety of business analysis techniques
