We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Regulatory Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal or business disciplines coupled with experience in a regulated industry. This role demands a professional who is adept at managing large-scale regulatory implementation projects from the initial analysis of new regulations to the design and execution of comprehensive implementation plans.
Your Impact
Conduct thorough analyses of new and existing regulations to determine their implications for the organization.
- Lead the assessment of regulatory impact on various business units identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans for the implementation of legal regulatory requirements across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal compliance operations and IT to ensure seamless execution of regulatory projects.
- Design comprehensive implementation strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory demands.
- Facilitate the development of training and communication plans to educate staff on regulatory changes and compliance procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams during the implementation phase.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to regulatory projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for regulatory initiatives.
Your skill set
Bachelors or Master degree in Law Business Administration or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated industry with a proven track record of managing regulatory implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on business operations.
- Excellent project management skills including planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory texts and translate them into actionable business requirements.
- Fluent in English; German is a further plus.
