The ideal candidate has strong content knowledge effective classroom management skills and the flexibility to adapt to student needs. Substitute Teacher Pay Rates
$180/Day Full Day Three (3) hours ormore
$90/Day Half Day Less than three (3) hours (0 - 2.9 hours)
*$200/Day Full Day Long-Term Effective on the 6th consecutive dayof the assignment.
*$100/Day Half Day Long-Term Effective on the 6th consecutive day of the assignment.
*If a substitute is working a long-term assignment where the employee on record has a regular broken schedule such as M-T-Th long-term pay rate will apply on day 6 of the assignment.
