Pay rate:$101.81/hr
Temp ( 6 months)
Job location: CHP Dental Center 515 W. 6th St. Jacksonville FL 32206.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm (2-3 days per week).
Computer Software:EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).
Dress Code: Medical Scrubs.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams preventive services restorations removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 5 years experience providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams preventive services restorations removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Educational Requirement:
- DDS or DMD Degree
- Active Florida Dental License
- Current/Active DEA
- Current CPR Certification
